IDENTIFICAZIONE DELLE COMMISSIONI o GRUPPI DI LAVORO
1) COMMISSIONE : Miglioramento delle spese per le intercettazioni
The Committee will: - legal costs related to the entire course of interceptions (waste reduction will be the table for discussion with the institutions for a large and significant increase in clearance of consultants and experts and reevaluation of the same Private acomodation concept) - the collection of judgments and documents to be included on this site.
2) Commission: Transcript
The Committee will: - aspects of the professional voice of the expert in forensic transcription re: appointment, role of Surveyor / Consultant and his collaborators, the skills required etc.. - aspects of the transcript - relationships between expert / consultant and the courts - the collection of judgments and documents to be included on this site.
3) COMMISSION: Comparison phonic
The commission, as well as having points of contact with working groups of the Committee Transcripts, will: - aspects of the professional voice of the expert in forensic comparison re: charge (formulation of the question and the answer to give), the figure of the Surveyor / Consultant and its employees, the skills required etc.. - aspects of the report for comparison - relationship between expert / consultant and the courts - the collection of judgments and documents to be included on this site.
All information, including names of members participating in each working group will be published on the GFF.
