Eternal drammma 
Two years ago (February 2007) We sent a letter to the then Secretary of Justice in which we expressed our disappointment and our serious porblem financial matters concerning the liquidation of technical advice. Until a few months before had in place a system of payment that despite having it also delays, however, was physically, that the settlements were anticipated by the Italian Post. A Minister of the then incumbent government had the brilliant idea (again, 'I'm the aim of saving) to block all innovation system, no more Italian Post Office, but the treasury of the territory (Bank of Italy), not many more software in the various courts of appeal, but a software one (and this - for those who memnoria - has slipped by at least 6-8 months payments already late) because it was necessary to bring all its offices liquidating, teaching catechism to the people and so on, add the centralization liquidation of all of the individual courts to courts of appeal are member (eg if the first was the court Rossano Calabro to liquidate, now spends all the Catanzaro Court of Appeal), the fact is that times are diluted. But no, now the motto has become: Do it once, very quickly, limiting collaboration and rentals, and possibly economy.
