Procedura accreditamento campo per esercitazione regionale

As anticipated by the Office of Civil Defense, the procedure for accreditation to the field at the site of Piadena Regional February 27 exercise is as follows:

1. sending the form Excel attachment via e-mail address protezionet.cr @ gmail.com NO LATER THAN 21 HOURS OF Tuesday, February 23.
2. delivered to the secretariat of the printed form of the same field in all its parts (financial, volunteers, vehicles and equipment) and signed by the head the day of exercise.

The attached Excel form is divided into four worksheets:

• intervention
• volunteers
• means;
• equipment.

the worksheet "intervention" andranno inseriti i dati relativi a responsabile dell'intervento, frequenza radio utilizzata, data e ora di inizio e fine operatività.

Nel foglio "volontari" andranno inseriti, uno per riga a partire dalla cella A2, alcuni dati dei volontari che parteciperanno all'intervento.

Non è obbligatorio indicare il codice C.U.R.V.O. (codice assegnato da Regione Lombardia nel Database Regionale del Volontariato) ma è obbligatorio indicare il codice fiscale di ogni volontario.

Nella colonna "ORGANIZZAZIONE" inserire la denominazione completa dell'organizzazione, così come indicata nel Database Regionale.

Nella colonna "RESPONSABILE" inserire "S" se il volontario è team leader or head of mission, "N" otherwise. Managers can be more than one.

IMPORTANT: Indicate in the column "Notes" is voluntary or not it will stop for lunch.

In the sheet "means" insert, one per line starting at cell A2, the media in tow.

In the column "4X4" with "S" or "N" depending on whether the vehicle is off road or not.

In the column "DUMP" statement "N" if the vehicle is not equipped with body; "A" with an open body, "C" if equipped with a closed box body.

Finally, column "SEATS" indicate the number of seats of the vehicle.

In the sheet "equipment" Finally, insert the following characteristics of the equipment, making sure to indicate in the column "UDM" unit of measurement to choose between "piece", "metro", "liter" and "kg".
