The new Code of Criminal Procedure Article 221 provides that the court appoint an expert from among members or between people in the appropriate Albi equipped with special expertise in the specific discipline. The new legislation is the demand that the expert surveys are conducted by people equipped with special skills that registered in Albi follow those of technical consultants, capable of satisfying the retrieval of experts to whom to entrust the tasks. The expert is appointed in the following cases:
- Accidents evidence,
- Interrogations warranty;
- Auditions Child
That is all that concerns the time when the rating is in a state investigation, where there is privacy and confidentiality in particular.
But apparently the Code of Criminal Procedure ITALIAN can be avoided, bypassed and ESPECIALLY ridiculed by a contract concerning un servizio che in ambito di indagini non può essere utilizzato per i motivi sopra indicati [Privacy e soprattutto RISERVATEZZA]. Sarà una battaglia solo mia forse, ma c'ha una logica. Le società di verbalizzazione non potrebbero registrare e trascrivere ciò che si svolge in fase preliminare. A dimostrazione che quando è la Procura della Repubblica a dover effettuare un interrogatorio, il Pubblico Ministero nomina un perito.
Se con un contratto sono riusciti a a "Ridicolizzare" il Codeice di procedura penale, possiamo aspettarci di peggio!!!
